Location is excellent, just steps from the beach. Rooms are outdated and need maintenance. Housekeeping keeps the rooms clean. Wi-Fi had issues but was fixed quickly. We saw dolphins while walking to the pier, which was a nice touch.

The beach was just steps away and the sunsets were breathtaking! I loved lounging by the sparkling clean pool every afternoon. Plus, the staff treated us like family, making our stay even more special.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun. Our room was clean, but the furniture is outdated and could use some repairs. Friendly staff helped with check-in. The poor Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating and made it hard to stay connected.

Right across the street from the beautiful Clearwater Beach, this spot allowed me to easily stroll along the coast and soak in the sun, while being in the heart of the area for food and entertainment; I loved that Pier 60 was just a 10-minute walk away and with plenty of delicious restaurants a few steps around the corner, from beach bars to pizza joints, there was no shortage of great options at my fingertips. While the rooms could use some updates, especially in the shower and kitchenette areas, the overall experience of having everything I needed so close made for an enjoyable weekend.

The location is superb—close to everything. The manager and staff attempted to accommodate us, especially with our early check-in. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The condition of the hotel is alarming. Duct tape holds the toilet paper holder, and the tub is rusted beyond comfort. I found drug paraphernalia in a “cleaned” room. Bugs lurked in the drawers, and we had no hot water. The doors didn’t close properly, raising security concerns. We left two days early, having endured enough. For over $200 a night, I expected better. This establishment desperately needs demolition and a complete overhaul to provide a safe and comfortable stay.

The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. The room felt damp upon arrival, with wet floors everywhere. The bathroom was cramped, and the low toilet seat was uncomfortable, especially for taller guests. Stains marked the towels, and there was a musty odor throughout. Poor lighting flickered consistently; we avoided using it. The stove and sink didn’t function properly. The sliding door was hard to operate, and the balcony door was off track. Maintenance never responded after reporting issues. The elevator was outdated and small. It's tough to recommend for more than a one-night stay.

Location is its only redeeming quality. The place is in dire need of repair—moldy bathrooms, broken fixtures, and a filthy atmosphere that feels unsafe. Roaches scuttle around, and every door struggles to close. The shower barely works, and the carpeting is damp and old. One of the bath tubs looks rusted beyond belief. Despite the mattress being comfortable, it can't make up for the gross pullout couch and overall neglect. If they're truly shutting down for renovation, they should consider that a favor to everyone. A disappointing experience overall; save your money.

The place was a disaster! The bathroom door barely opened, and the tub looked like a horror show—rust everywhere. The kitchenette was practically unusable, and with dirty sheets, it felt like I was risking my health just being there.

The beach is just a hop away, which is fantastic. Local restaurants and shops make it convenient to grab a bite or shop for souvenirs.

The place is near the beach and that view is something else! The beds are surprisingly comfy, perfect for crashing after a long day.
It was a bit pricey for what we got, but at least it was bearable.

Oh man, where do I even begin with Seaside? Let's start with the positives - the air conditioning was a lifesaver during those hot days. there were some issues with the system as it struggled to cool the entire room effectively, leaving us sweating in some areas. I was disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. As a caffeine addict, I really missed having my morning cup of joe without having to leave the room. The in-room safe was a bit wonky, barely hanging on the wall. Not the most confidence-inspiring feature for keeping my valuables secure. The dining table was a nice addition, but it was wobbly and looked like it could collapse at any moment. We ended up not using it for fear of it breaking. The sink in the bathroom was another sore point. It was collapsing and just gave off a generally unclean vibe. Not something you want to see when you're trying to freshen up. On the bright side, they did provide some free toiletries, but they were pretty basic and didn't quite hit the mark in terms of quality. Now, onto the television situation. The TV room was non-existent, and the TV in the room was outdated and barely functional. It was a shame not to have some entertainment options during our downtime. I also tried to use the telephone, but it was finicky and didn't always work properly. Trying to get in touch with reception was a hassle. The carpeted floor in the room was sticky and just felt grimy underfoot. Not a pleasant experience walking around barefoot. The laundry facilities were a bit of a letdown as well. I tried to do some laundry, but the machines were old and didn't seem to clean the clothes thoroughly. Seaside had its ups and downs, but I'd say there's definitely room for improvement in several areas. It was not the most comfortable stay, and I left feeling a bit underwhelmed by the overall experience.

During our romantic escape, we found the location to be unbeatable, just steps away from the beautiful beach. The rooms had a nice layout and were clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay. Additionally, the affordable price allowed us to enjoy a budget-friendly getaway without compromising on comfort.
We encountered some maintenance issues during our stay. The rooms showed signs of wear and tear, with peeling wallpaper and outdated fixtures.

Location, location, location! The spot was just across the beach, making it super convenient for quick sunset strolls and ocean dips. Plus, being close to some top-notch restaurants and shops made exploring a breeze. The staff was friendly, especially the desk clerk, who helped with a smooth check-in process.
The property definitely needs some sprucing up. From broken furniture to unclean rooms, the overall condition was a letdown.

Our stay in Clearwater Beach was absolutely amazing! The view from our window was breathtaking, overlooking the Gulf. The beach was conveniently just across the street, making it super easy for us to soak up the sun and enjoy the water. We loved that there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so we didn't have to go far for a delicious meal. The onsite parking was a great bargain and made it incredibly convenient for us to come and go. The mattresses and bed linens were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the option to exchange our linens for fresh ones whenever we wanted.
Management could use some improvement.

The perfect location for a beach vacation! I enjoyed Sharky's Beach Bar's drinks and bites, and the nightly Sunset Festival. Let the gulf sounds soothe you!

The view from the gulf suite was amazing, and proximity to the beach and their pier as well as the beach walk were great. We enjoyed the cozy beds and the working microwave. The location is ideal, but the hotel could use some updating and painting. The bathroom had some mildew, but it seemed like they tried to keep it clean. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

stayed at seaside inn & suites, fantastic location, right across from beach. safe parking for $10 a night. upgraded to gulf-view room on 1st floor, room was spacious with living room, dining table & awesome kitchen. amazing gulf view, steps away from the beach and walking distance to shopping. comfortable beds and clean linens. staff provided towels and supplies cheerfully. overall, a great stay with amazing staff.

I chose Seaside Inn & Suites for its proximity to Clearwater Beach, and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary WiFi and concierge services. Sharky's Beach Bar provided a delightful beachfront dining experience with a satisfying meal and a relaxing bar/lounge.
Unsatisfactory room cleanliness and maintenance.
